press for an amendment to the Constitution barring family members of President from running for 50 years.

I think there should be an amendment where no person can be elected to the office of the President when a member of their family out to the sixth degree of kinship and spouses have held the office of President of the United States or the office of Acting President until 50 years have passed since their leaving office. That would keep spouses, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, parents, aunts, uncles, and close cousins from running. I think dynasties are dangerous and should not be allowed to form when it comes to the Presidency.
