Eliminate Politicized Gerrymandering in every state with a law similar to California's Proposition 20 (2010), but recreated in every state, which:
(1) Changes the authority of Congressional redistricting from elected representatives to a 14 member commission.
(2) Requires commission of five Democrats, five Republicans and four of neither party.
(4) Requires boundaries to comply with the Voting Rights Act of 1965 and focus on creating boundaries that combine communities of interest, while not taking into account: Prior boundaries, Incumbent Representatives and political factors.
(3) For approval, district boundaries need votes from three Democratic commissioners, three Republican commissioners and three commissioners from neither party.
The end result is a more responsive Congress.
