PRESS THE LEGISLATIVE BRANCH TO REVIEW AND MODIFY IMMUNITY STATUTES THAT PROTECT JUDGES AND COURTS FROM LIABILITY TORTS

State and federal judges and courts across the country make orders and judgments that are routinely in violations of codes, laws, constitutions, and general civil and human rights. For example, racism is an unjust factor in criminal courts that is leading to the filling-up of our prisons and good parents are being stripped of their children in family courts who refuse to acknowledge, much less prosecute/sanction for perjury against parents who make false allocations against an innocent parent. In these examples and others, civilians relying on "justice" and an impartial, law-based system are being stripped of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness - sometimes FOR YEARS. Counties, courts, and judges should be vulnerable to tort suits for abuses and acting beyond the confines of the law
