Taiwanese president Mr. Chen has been jailed for years illegally by the KMT party. Mr. Chen is in a very fragile health condition and needs very urgent medical attention yet KMT continuously refuse Mr. Chen human right for the urgent care he desperately need. It is very inhuman to treat former head of state.
