Pete Rose's lifetime ban is an inequitable punishment considering the much shorter bans placed on PED users who have done much greater damage to the game of baseball. While Mr. Rose's actions were wrong, the MLB has never presented any evidence that Pete ever bet against his own team. He has more than served enough time banned from baseball and should be let back into the MLB family.
