The USPS is mandated by the Constitution and is necessary for the free flow of ideas. It is important that it remain viable. Mr. President, please challenge Congress to do something to make it such. For example, deliver mail to within one mile of residences (PO box) but charge for home delivery as a luxury (free for elderly). Continued bailouts are not sustainable.
