If social security is to be the standard for US retirement assistance all of our federal employees should conform to that system. All Senators and House Representatives as well as Federal Employees of all branches should not receive pensions but instead use Social Security. One Country, One system. States can decide for themselves on whether to put their State officials on Pension or into the social security pool.
