Pressure Congress to present an Amendment permanently reforming the term-limits and expected duties of Congress

This amendment should include measures that:

Revise Congressional term limits to 5 year terms, with an eligibility limit of 2 terms maximum.

Require "Up or Down" voting, no abstentions. All Congressional members must vote on every issue, and those votes must be "Yea" or "Nay." Voting by secure remote access must be made available for Congressional members.

Require Congressional members to work, at minimum, 225 days a year on Capitol Hill.
