An effort to bring light on the despicable actions of the Dept. of Education to not forgive student loans of the those people that have become totally disabled and unemployable as their financial aid contracts stated. The Dept of Education hired an outside company (collection type) to send the disabled financial aid recipients to, then they send them down endless medical rabbit trails avoiding any possible chance of being forgiven. This petition would spur an investigation into this mess and hopefully give financial relief to those totally disabled and thus fulfilling the contractual obligations of Dept of Edu.
