Pressure the FCC to limit broadcast and cable television stations news a maximum 150 minutes and weather for a maximum of 90 minutes in any 24 hour period. This will alow for important news to be reported and force news reporting to proritize its articles eliminating the need to fill time with opinion and fluff articles designed to scare viewers into watching continually.
