Federal Judge Richard Cebull should not be on the bench making decisions with a bias behavior. His remarks about the President of the United States mother was unacceptable from anyone and especially a person holding a position as a judge. Richard Cebull should not be allowed to judge the fate of another person since he holds such prejudice and views about others. Please to not allow him to remain on the bench.
