Impunity for brutal force security agents against Guinean in general and Fulani in particular has been always the way Guinean government has ruled Guinea. The current government is refusing to try the preprators of September, 2009 massacre and anytime a fulani is victim there is no justice. Such trend has to stop otherwise it may lead to a genocide like 1994 Rwanda genocide.
In addition, the current president Alpha Conde has set a discriminatory policy against Fulani even though they are majority in guinea.
