As our technological requirements grow, mobile carriers are putting a stranglehold on consumers by limiting how much data they are allowed to use per month. The amounts are workable now, but as our requirements grow and society becomes more and more connected, it will become insufficient very quickly. Also, companies like Sprint, that DO still offer unlimited plans, should be able to lease spectrum on other networks to expand their coverage.
