On Friday, February 12th, Philipp Pierre was robbed at gunpoint by Zachary Sam during a private sale in NYC. Philipp Pierre used his vehicle imeadiatley following the robbery to try and aprehend Zachary Sam. Pierre is now being charged with attempted murder, only a day after the incident. It is safe to assume had the situation had been different, had Pierre been a police officer it is very likely he would not have been charged with attempted murder. It is this double standard that exasperates the citizens of this country. He was defending his property, and is now facing a murder charge. Please drop the charges against Philipp Piere, and make an example of Zachary Sam that violence and theft won't be tolerated.
