As we all know, the cost for education has increased tremendously. Students and their families are being driven into bankruptcy with the enormous amounts of loans being taken out. Currently the uncertainty of our economy and the rising tuition costs to attend private or publicly funded schools throughout the U.S, a Bill must be enacted in order to protect our Future generation from devastating loans that could create detrimental economic and social issues.
