Mr President,
Putin has blood of innocent Ukrainian citizens on his hands by indirectly meddling in Ukraine crisis. It is widely known that his direct support for current power leads to ongoing disaster.
Please express firm US position to Putin to keep his hands off Ukraine, stop financing and sending weapons to kill people in Ukraine.
