Aware that the amount of mass shootings in the USA increased over the years
Noting that there are many ways to prevent such horrendous acts but aware that such solutions are controversial
Recognizing the Active Shooter Response trainings have a impact on limiting the damage of a derranged killer as proved in the Seattle Mall Shooting where only person was injured as a result of a shooter response training the week before,
Applauding those schools and institutions that already undergo such trainings
Hereby requests the Obama Administration to use their influence to persuade state and local governments to pass legislation requiring public and private institutions and schools to enact active shooter trainings to protect the People of the United States
