It is time that Kansas citizens vote again on Amendment 1 to the state constitution. Which defines as legal marriage as between a man and a woman. There has yet to be a solid argument for banning gay marriage. Many states have passed legislation to allow gay marriage, Kansas should follow suit. It is time we end any type of discrimination in the State. This petition asks the White House to put pressure on the Kansas Legislature to allow the citizens to vote on this amendment.
