Every day people in America are subject to high pressure tactics of State or Federal Investigation Workers such as employees of a Department of Children and Families or Office of Child Protective Services. The President should request states to enact laws allowing the audio or video recording, without the need for consent, of these employees WHILE they are acting out their investigatvie duties. This may occur on public or private property and may only be done by a party to any formal or informal investigation. This can be overt or covert. This would be similar to being able to video Law Enforcement. These laws would only serve to protect both sides from any false narratives or wrongfull allegations. If these agencies are operating within the law, why should they be concerned about it?
