Pressure the supreme court to revisit the death penalty for those who commit child rape, violent rape or sex by drugging

Created by K.C. on July 19, 2013

The U.S. Supreme Court voted 5-4 against the death penalty in cases of child rape and stated that the only crimes that could be given the death penalty are murders and crimes against the state.

We believe that a rape against a child, a violent, forced rape against anyone or even a rape using drugs is a deplorable crime. It's scientifically proven that the deviants are not able to be rehabilitated yet they're released from prisons years later and often commit their crimes again.

Furthermore, the victims of these crimes often live their lives wishing they were dead. They live with the pain forever.

It's an unspeakable act, equal to murder and with all due respect, in many cases much worse than crimes against the state. Please press for this issue to be revisited.
