Pressurize Pakistan To Release The Indian Soldier They Captured

Pakistan has captured an Indian soldier named Chandu Babulal Chauhan on 29th September near Indo-Pak LOC.
The LoC is very critical and often civilians and soldiers from both sides- India and Pakistan go astray and trespass into the other territory. There are mechanisms between India and Pakistan to return them.
However, at this hour Pakistan doesn't seem in a mood to obey the conventions.
Even in Pakistan's own admission, Chandu wasn't a spy but he was apprehended in full battle gear as a soldier. However, Pakistanis are projecting him as a soldier captured during an action. Even in that case he is a POW.
I would request the Congress to pressurize Pakistan to return the soldier. Congress boasts on human rights. America aids Pakistan and so is fully responsible on Pakistan- Sakshi Bhardwaj.
