Presue the 28th amendment to the United States Constitution.

Created by B.W. on January 04, 2013

We the people of the United States of America request that the constitution of the United States add this proposed 28TH amendment. It should read as follows:
"A budget shall be passed ever fiscal year by both the United States House and Senate. This Budget shall require that the budget be within 3% of the United States GDP. If this can not be done prior to the start of the fiscal year, no current sitting Congressman/Congresswomen or Senator shall be eligible for for reelection at the end of their term." We feel the members of the House and Senate have forgotten that they represent the people and there is no reason why we as a nation should spend more then we make without making payments to our debt. We can not continue down this road. GOD BLESS THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!
