The 2016 presidential election brings an issue that could conceivably change civilization, as we know it.
A part of the United States electorate has nominated an individual who has clearly demonstrated that he is far too reckless to wield power, and that he will utilize whatever power he has for his own gratuitous and nefarious purposes.
Due in large part to a ratings hungry media that provided tens of millions of dollars in free publicity, a part of our electorate was influenced and has nominated a man who clearly has several serious psychoses that are clinical, chronic and extraordinarily dangerous.
Authorization to release nuclear weapons in the United States rests with one individual – the Commander in Chief, the President of the United States. This needs to change.
