Prevent all 50 Unites States from proposing or approving any potential Legislative Action with a clear intent on Regulating, Banning, Prohibiting or otherwise Abolishing the use and/or sale of Electronic Cigarettes (e-cigs) and/or Personal Vaporizers (mods) and accessories that include, but are not limited to the use of cartridge based inhalation units and/or Electronic Liquids (e-liquids) that are used to dispense Nicotine to former smokers for use as a less hazardous alternative to smoking traditional cigarettes.
Without further study or conclusive data in regards to their implied health risks to the end user and/or second hand vapor production analysis for the general population, there is no justification for any Legislative Action to propose a Bill to eliminate their uses.
