Prevent all firearms from being used unless the owner's fingerprint unlocks the safety or trigger lock.

Requiring all firearms to have biomatrix safety locks would prevent:
1) kids from accidentally shooting each other with dad's gun;
2) criminals from stealing guns from lawful owners and using them in crimes
3) prevent accidental discarges
4) protect law enforcement from being disarmed and shot with their own weapons by a criminal.
This would allow citizens to own any firearm, not infringe on the 2nd amendment, and improve safety.
