Shell and other oil companies have proven there is no safe way to drill offshore. Regulating and watching over construction is NOT a surefire way to prevent future and inevitable disasters. Don't even allow construction to move forward. Man is greedy; payoffs will occur. Passing the bucks and lazy oversight will occur. Don't risk another BP Gulf Disaster to occur. Protect our pristine waters and precious wildlife. Find jobs elsewhere. Jobs for the sake of money is not a just cause. There must be an intrinsic purpose for jobs to be worthwhile. Stop the project frrom moving forward NOW!
