Innocent men are being blamed for other men's obligations by being named as fathers or being led to believe they are a child's father then finding out there not and still being obligated to pay child support. It should be a federal law that all newborn children should automatically be given a DNA test with whoever the mother names as the child's father on the birth certificate.
