Merriam defines "constitution" to be:
The basic principles and laws of a nation, state, or social group that determine the powers and duties of the government and guarantee certain rights to the people in it.
But in the 200+ years since its inception we have witness more and more social programs being implemented at a feral level.
With the power of foresight, I submit that Congress do whatever it takes to prevent permanently, via law, the creation of a perverse version of the America we now know today.
