Consumer protection put in place to prevent the resale of any event ticket(s) at a higher cost than originally sold for or posted by that event.
a)There should be adequate precautions put in place to prevent the use of bots (computer aided programs) to be used to purchase online tickets. This shall be necessary to prevent mass purchasing of tickets to later be sold at a higher cost than original sold, or scalping.
b)Any company can resale a ticket to an event but only at face value.
c)At no time can a ticket price be increased due to quantity, or popularity of the event.
