Prevent any further ill Ebola patients from returning to the U.S.A.

In recent weeks we have seen an increase in ill people within the African region of Liberia and others. These people often are U.S. aid workers who travel there and then become ill only to return home so as to be treated and put e entire U.S population in danger.
