After living for ten years in our apartment complex, with
several management changes and a new ownership, we have had our rent raised every year for many reasons. They've been very successful in the past.
Some of us are on Social Security and some of us struggle payday to payday. The rent will probably go up with the next lease and we are being forced to purchase renters insurance or they will not rent.
