Lately Apple has been patenting and then suing companies over items that can not be patented like hyperlinks. The patent office either isn't paying attention or they aren't technologically savvy. Let us prevent Apple from anymore trivial suits that only inhibit competition because they are afraid they are losing their edge on the market.
