Prevent the Bipartisan Budget Act, H.R. 1314 from affecting seniors who are already of retirement age.

Don't change the Social Security rules that have applied for the last 15 years for seniors of retirement age.

People of age 62 and older have already planned their retirement finances...to change the rules now will have devastating effects on millions of people.
