I believe a lawful hand is required to help the suffering children that are victims of bullying in our great nation. By placing one police officer in each public school, and charging this officer with the duty to prevent bullying as well as unlawful acts, we might be able to help millions. This will also provide immediate aid on school shootings which have become a horrifying problem in recent years.
