Companies like Burger King are trying to move their corporate headquarters to other countries so that they do not have to pay corporate taxes, which will not only give the government less revenue for popular programs such as Social Security, Medicare, as well as public schools, but will also hurt smaller businesses, as smaller businesses do not have the financial luxury of moving to an entirely new country.
The Obama Administration needs to cut down on these multi-billion dollar corporations, which already gain millions in corporate subsidies and tax breaks, by removing said luxuries. If an American company will not pay taxes, it should not be given luxuries by American citizens in the form of tax-dollars.
