I petition the President of the United States to enact by Executive Order to prevent Cable/Communications/Cellphone/Broadband/Internet/ et al companies from changing the terms of service during a contract cycle. These companies should not be able to raise fees on a whim and should adhere to the contract with the customer at the agreed price for the entire contract period. Throttling customers as a business practice to coerce customers to upgrade services at higher fees should also be prohibited.
