Prevent cities in Massachusetts from raising their legal age to purchase tobacco products to 21 years old.

Created by C.O. on November 29, 2015

Multiple cities across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts have recently been raising their legal age to purchase tobacco and tobacco products up to the age of 21 years old. This isn't fair and it will create an immense uproar within the large community of smokers' in MA between the ages of 18-21 who will not be able to purchase tobacco anymore. It will also just force most of the under-21 smokers in MA to travel to other cities/states where it's legal for them to purchase tobacco without restrictions. It is obvious that this new age to purchase tobacco isn't fair and it simply just won't work. It's time to end age-discrimination.
