The Federal Government needs to return the rights of individual states to the voters in that state.
Right now is a pivotal time in American history, once again Americans are talking of division. Rumors of civil war are in the air.
This country has become too large for its personal and local decisions to be made on a federal level; education of our children, gay marriage, immigration issues, legalization of marijuana, and abortion access are all better left to the individual states.
The role of the federal government is to enforce our constitutional rights. They have grossly overstepped those boundaries. It is time to restore them.
The only way to avoid it is to return the rights back to the individual states.
