Prevent companies from being able to set caps for internet usage.

Created by J.O. on February 22, 2014

Broandband and ISP are implementing internet usage DATA caps across the United States. These caps are not about resolving congestion as claimed or to bring a fairness to higher data users but only to increase profits. The ISP already have massive control over the market where there is limited competition and seek to further control competition against internet companies, such as Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon by limiting the consumers usage. Karl Bode, from DSLReports.com states that data caps are, "...about predatory mono/duopolists in uncompetitive markets raising your prices because you don't have a choice."
I would like this administration to issue to the broadband/isp companies an injunction to immediately stop data forcing data caps of any kind to their customers.
