Prevent companies from profiling based on urinalysis and criminal records. It says nothing about a persons work ethic.

There are plenty of hard working people who are prevented from getting a job due to something they've donein the past, or as a result of a failed urinalysis. I propose that we get rid of this two faced system that keeps millions out of work.
