Prevent Congress from cutting the WIC program providing nutrition for a healthy start in life.

Created by P.G. on October 28, 2015

Half of all babies born in the United States depend on WIC, a national nutrition program that gives women, infants and young children access to healthy foods. WIC also provides new and expectant moms with nutrition education, breastfeeding support and health care referrals.

This is one of the strongest tools our country has to fight hunger and malnutrition and ensure all children get a strong start to life, yet right now Congress is is trying to find ways to limit participation and cut the program.

Good food for babies = smart kids, good students, and a better future for all of us!
