Prevent Congress from forcing the government to spend millions on unwanted tanks.

Some people in Congress want to spend hundreds of millions of dollars on tanks for the military. Normally this would be no big deal. However, the military is saying that they do not need these tanks and that the spending should go somewhere where the money can be designated for projects that are actually wanted and needed. The main proponents for this push for more tanks are conveniently those politicians whose voters are in the one city, Lima, OH, that currently build tanks. Do not let this reckless spending happen while there are major cuts all over the place in areas that actually deserve the money.
