prevent congressmen from socializing in places that shady characters frequent (publicly accessible bars, etc).

Created by D.P. on February 12, 2013

From the words of one of the most successful and notorious manipulative lobbyists on Capitol Hill in 2005 Jack Abramoff video interview "Congressmen need to just go home after work instead of going to bars" (http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2011/12/04/lobbyists-...). He said he had massive influence over 89 senators at any time for anything his high paying clients wanted. This is dirty and hugely counterproductive to the vision of this nation as outlined in Obama's State of The Union Address 2013. Senators and other congressman, especially in D.C. need to not be able to mix with those who have undue influence just because of their money or power. Congressman are manipulated to, lied to, and blinded by shady characters who meet them in public places.
