Social Security needs protection. Create a Lock-Box that eliminates any possible missappropriation of the funds for any other purpose. Repay all monies taken for other uses. And make it impossible to defund SSI in the future. Lift the cap and create a limit on those who can draw benefits. Millionaires don't need a safety net.
