Prevent the development of a tyrannical government by heeding to the words of the People

The definition of tyranny is: "arbitrary or unrestrained exercise of power". Under our current administration, various laws and executive orders have been passed that hinder or undermine the power of the people. ObamaCare was given a vote by the people and the majority voted AGAINST the bill. However, the Supreme Court ruled that it CAN be passed as a tax, thus providing a loophole for the government to bypass the will of the People and advance their own agenda. Now, in wake of the tragedy in Newtown, gun control has been brought back onto the agenda. A vast majority of the People wish to maintain the Second Amendment. However, the administration plans to bypass the will of the People with executive orders. Stop the spread of tyranny! Don't tread on the rights of myself or of my neighbors!
