We are very concerned about several new technologies that can remotely interrogate our subconscious without our awareness. These include eye tracking technology, blink rate monitoring technology, pupil size monitoring technology and other technologies that can remotely monitor of our body’s very subtle responses to visual images.
We understand there may be many legitimate uses of these new technologies for law enforcement and national security but we want strong safeguards. We strongly object to any company that would interrogate our subconscious remotely without our awareness and sell that information to others. We also object to apps that can override the hardware controls on our smart phone and allow others to listen to us without our awareness.
