Prevent an employer from being able to terminate an employee because of how attractive they are or arent.

People should not be getting fired because of how they look. Many people can not help the way they look, and the people that can have the right to look the way they do as long as they are following steps according to their company. But being fired on the basis of "being to distracting" or being "irresistible" is not a basis of termination. Being fired should be because of their work ethic, not how someone looks.
