Due to recent Russian aggression in the Ukraine, we the people demand the following action to prevent a future cold war.
Begin towing Antarctica to the Atlantic Ocean, creating a monopoly on the majority of the world’s supply of cold. Such action would strengthen the military against a cold war, rendering it unimaginably resistant to future cold wars. These actions would also create an ice-bridge similar to the Bering Strait, between the US and its European allies ushering in a new age of transportation between the North American and European continents and the allies which reside amongst them. The amount of frigidly cold temperature generated in the northern hemisphere by these actions would dwarf anything produced from Siberia, creating peace through possession of superior cold.
