Prevent the exploitation of the middle and lower class that is happening with regads to gas prices artificially inflated

Gas pieces has risen almost $1 per gallon within a month's time and oil prices have only changed a small percentage. If prices continue this trend, it will strangle the majority of this country's population and our ability to move about freely. if this is due to the recent worker strikes in the oil industry, then the strikes well cripple this country and they need to be stopped. If the pieces are being artificially inflated, then it's a monopoly and illegal. either way, it needs to stop.
