Prevent Federal and State District Attorneys from prosecuting in the absence of an injured party.

Created by W.V. on January 15, 2013

We the people of the United States of America ask that you fire or disbar any federal or state district attorney from prosecuting cases in the absence of an injured party. This creates a conflict of interest as the district attorney assumes the role of both injured party and prosecution allowing for the manipulation of the law into overblown criminal charges with the intent to intimidate the accused into accepting a plea bargain. This practice of prosecutorial overreach or prosecutorial bullying as it has been recently coined, is enabling prosecutors to advance their political agenda without regards to justice.
